Coach is a black Labrador male who weighs about 70 lbs. He earned his UKC - SHR title in 4 straight passes, HR(Seasoned) title going 3-3, and completed his HRCH title in Fall 2008 after passing 6 straight. He competed in the 2009 Spring Grand Hunt and made it to the 2nd series.
Coach is a very talented dog as a competitor and hunting retriever. He is a great marker, coming back from one mark, and lining himself up for where the next bird is. Like running a Cadillac in a hunt test! a machine at picking up the birds.
He is also a fun dog dog to bring along on hunts-whether Ducks, Geese, or pheasants-to pick up the tough birds; It is extremely rare to have a cripple get away. Coach hunts hard all day, and knows how to find the birds and get them picked up. OFA Good, Elbows normal, and eyes are CERF'd clear.
